Why would pizza crust have egg and milk?
I wish I had scrutinized the ingredients more closely before purchasing. I’ve never seen a pizza crust that contained milk and eggs before, and I’m not sure why they would be necessary. I can’t use this product for my store, unfortunately. Pizza dough(the gluten based kind) is just flour, water, yeast and sometimes a bit of sugar or oil. I really expected this to be similar, just using a gluten free flour blend.
