Best GF flour for Dumplings!
I tried every GF flour on the market to replicate the Southern-style chicken & dumplings I grew up with and they were all failures until I tried this flour. I made them for family when I visited and they not only thought it was regular flour they all exclaimed they were better than my grandmothers which is a huge compliment! I also made pie crust with it for handheld meat pies and fruit pies that my grandmother used to make and they were so good we ate them all in a day. Thank you for letting me enjoy my favorites and having them taste as good as they did when I could eat regular flour. Bravo!!
