It's worth the money you spend. Cheaper than buying in store
I was dignosed with Celiac back in two thousand six. Was in coma for four days.was hard to find a good flour back then . Then i was told about this brand . I use this flour all the time now to make my bread. It already has xatham gum in it so you dont have to buy it extra. Its cheaper to buy twenty five pound from here than to purchase same amount from the store. And you pay more. Only thing I wish there was a coupon for so much off once in a while but I have bought for a long time now. Love being able to get gluten free flour

Love being able to get great gluten free flour in bulk
My daughter was diagnosed with celiac three years ago and it definitely hurts the food budget trying to buy flour at the grocery store. This product is a great value for the price and allows us to still bake at home while meeting her dietary needs. I am going to branch out soon and try the cookie blend next. :)

THIS is THE BEST GF Flour EVER
I made the 4 ingredient flat bread along with a boule which I always made with previous GF Flour AND, to my complete surprise, they both rose and puffed to new heights never seen before in my GF baking. They also tasted so good. I'm so so happy I found this.

The best GF flour
I only use this flour to make my GF bread, pepperoni rolls, cakes, cookies all out of. I found out if add about 1/4 cup pancake mix to it makes bread little softer Glad I found this to order. Just hope doesnt go up
